| The company has identified its main business processes and their sequence in order to ensure conformance of product and customer satisfaction . Other management process such as training, purchasing, utilities etc support these process. These process have been defined and documented through procedures and work instructions, which form part of the over all quality management system of the company. A Process Interaction Matrix is prepared keeping quality objectives & customer requirements in mind, which contains or gives reference to processes, its control points, characteristics of product, specification limits and acceptance criteria and reference of quality system procedures or work instructions as applicable to ensure satisfactory controls. |
